Friday, 1/24/2025 - Visited today, 5.25 hrs 😊 My Mom entered this facility earlier this week experiencing extreme muscle weakness, loss of appetite and overall fatigue due to COVID. The kind & caring folks at Complete Care Rehab - Kimberly South, are wonderful … and VERY patient. My 96 y/o mother has an extreme fear of needles, getting blood drawn, having an IV placed in her arm, etc. During my visit, we were going to attempt having an IV placed, so my Mom could begin receiving fluids to help her recover more quickly. She was very upset & completely against this happening! For the next 15-20 min., I was trying to reason w/ her - it was exhausting! With the help of the nurse assisting my Mom, the IV therapist and myself, we were able to convince her she wouldn’t be in pain & to PLEASE let us help her. After the IV was all set, I was so relieved and so very grateful for their help! Thank you ALL for your consistent care & dedication to the patients that depend on you 😊❤️😊

Kimberly South has been one of the best rehab centers that I have been to over the past few years. My best friend’s mother is currently there and is receiving the best care. Every time I’ve gone to visit her, the staff have been extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for your kindness.
I visited a relative at the South building. I found the facility to be clean and the staff was very friendly. The relative’s room was big and bright. The check in/out kiosk was very easy to use.
The staff at Kimberly South is very attractive, it smells good, and my family members there are happy overall.
This facility is terrible. I am so sad that my husband spent the last months of his life with the uncaring staff that took no time to deal with his medical needs, emotional wellbeing, and physical safety and comfort. No one on the staff was warm and caring and they seemed rather suspicious when asked about care and needs of the patient. The PT staff was very unprofessional and would not allow his caregiver access to treatment and always an excuse for not showing up for a session. The social worker was of no help and when that was addressed she avoided contact. As for the facility, bathroom had no paper towels or toilet paper on weekends because the cleaning crew was not working. The food was cold, strange, and limited to only one choice and patient dietary needs were ignored.
