First I have to say the moment I entered the facility I received a warm welcome by miss Claudette that works at the front desk she made me feel so welcome by her smile asking me how am I doing even when my day wasn’t ok her greetings made me feel better she made sure I was directed correctly to the client I was visiting. This facility is well organized and clean.
My brother was at another place but got transferred to this one, when I tell you this place is so much better than the other one staff are friendly i really feel there taking care of my brother very well. Of course every now and then a little issue comes up but when it does they take care of it right away so all I can say is so far so good 😊Diamond in the finance office your the best all the stuff Thank you for taking care of my brother God Bless You All
We had a care conference today on our sister, Peggy Daniel. The OT and the PT that provide services for her are excellent. They are kind, compassionate and professional. The nurse was on vacation today however, the social worker, Jay filled in and gave us medical and medication updates. The meeting went well and we were able to secure answers for many of our questions. still have some concerns about the pain in her sacral area, which we assume may be from the wound however, it was recommended that she have an orthopedic consult to make certain to rule that out. We are hoping that she will continue to get in the wheelchair on a daily basis and hopefully very soon have one ordered for her so that she can expand her horizons at Complete Care.
Visited my brother and let’s just say I would not recommend leaving your loved ones here. The place is not clean and smelled like marijuana as soon as I walked in. The nurses are not attentive and wait for long periods of time before checking on their patients. The elevators seem like they’re about to give out at any minute and the overall environment is depressing. Save your money and go somewhere else.
