My husband has been a resident for two months. From the day I came for a tour of the facility until now, I know I have chosen the right place. The staff is warm and friendly. Everyone greets you with a smile. There are no odors. The residents look clean and well cared for. Tammy is the Admissions Director. She made me feel comfortable right away, answered all my many questions, and coordinated the admission process, making it as easy as possible. She still greets me each time I see her, and assures that my husband and I are satisfied and comfortable. There are many activities, and Jessica and her staff encourage residents to be involved. My husband is doing more than he has done in a long time. The therapy staff is excellent. Kelly and Carla have been working with my husband, helping him and encouraging him to reach his maximum potential. The food is good and the dietary staff have been attentive to his special diet. Ciera, the Social Worker, is always available to listen, support, comfort and attend to any need we might have. The Nursing staff on the second floor are very attentive to my husband's needs. They try to make sure he is comfortable and well cared for, and they care about me too! I know I made the right choice choosing Complete Care at Harston Hall.

My mom recently spent 2 weeks in Harston Hall for rehab. From the first moment she arrived, the entire staff was friendly, professional and compassionate. The social worker was wonderful! She kept me and my mom completely informed of the plan of action throughout my mom's stay. Thank you to everyone at HH for caring for my mom!
I can't say enough about this place! I was looking for a local facility that would assist me in respite for my father. One thing that I value is privacy as my father is World Boxing Champion Marvis Frazier. As with most families would concur you want your loved one to be cared for in the best way. From the moment I first called until now everything has been an absolute pleasant experience. My first time dropping him off the I was a bit emotional...the staff took the time to explain everything, help unpack him, and provided me feedback throughout his initial stay. Dad has now attend several times for small stays and the staff continues to provide A++ Service. His most recent stay, I was running late and missed dinner. The staff accommodated and made sure that he was well fed and ready to bed. They are now apart of our extended family for sure. I would recommended them a million times over!
Home care for residents. Staff and everyone there were very welcoming and very polite. I was there to visit a friend and was treated with the utmost importance and respect! A comforting and caring atmosphere.
Need to work on communication. Although family did the laundry clothes were missing. Left discharged with a terrible skin tear on bottom. Some of the staff really nice and attentive. Ms Gracie was wonderful. Advocate for your family! The facility was ok.
