All staff is amazing and caring, They all work very hard for the staff-patient ratio. If it wasn't for these hardworking people the Complete Care would be obsolete.... 1 nurse per 64 patients it is absolutely insane....but still, they pull through, and not thanks to the horrible administration.
I cannot say enough great things about Complete Care at Haborage! My wife was a patient there for six months, and the level of care she received was truly outstanding. Every single staff member—nurses, CNAs, respiratory therapists, occupational and physical therapists, recreational staff, administrative staff, maintenance crew, and cleaning staff—went above and beyond to ensure her comfort and recovery. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication made all the difference in her journey to recovery. The facility is well-run, clean, and full of compassionate people who genuinely care. I highly recommend Haborage to anyone in need of exceptional care during rehab. Thank you to the entire team for everything you do!

Good evening just wanted the facility to acknowledge what a wonderful front desk receptionist Jeira they have in their hands! The service she brings out is amazing, her bright smile as she welcomes you in is very indeed welcoming I might add in, very helpful as well to that screen check in being that she did see my hands were full and guided me to the elevator, extremely professional and sweet, again thank you JEIRA!!!
