Wish I could say this place was great…. But unfortunately not very much. I don’t know who runs this place, but I understand why people don’t want to work here. They rather hire people, who are incompetent and have no business having a position there. The staff in there aren’t friendly and are rude just from hearing what they were saying about staff members- patients. I only took the interview as a courtesy to someone else from an other another complete care location. I can honestly say, from the way they conduct interviews it is very off putting. For future reference, please do not send interview requests and have multiple people recruiting for interviews. This place has too many people Recruiting and not enough people filtering out their needs as well. Please don’t offer people interviews if you know you do not have position’s available. It’s is waste of everyone’s time. I had my grandmother in here a while back but from what I can tell I see why this location has a negative reputation.

I can’t believe the incompetence of this facility, transportation staff. I personally spoke to Esther twice and confirmed the information on where my father had to go for his appointment, and it was still incorrect. The third floor is filthy, sticky floor, it smells horrible, no matter how many times I complain we come back to the same filth. They put all of the patients in the activity room and just have one aid looking at her phone instead of paying attention to what is going on. There is not enough nursing staff for all of the patients. I can keep going. Let’s just say it’s time to look for a new facility.
The staff at Green Knoll are truly wonderful. When my grandmother was admitted from the hospital due to a hip fracture, we were initially nervous. However, from the moment we arrived, the warm welcomes we received, from Admissions to Housekeeping immediately put us at ease. A special thank you to the Rehab Department for your patience, dedication, and for taking the time to answer all of our questions. Your kindness and care have made all the difference in her recovery.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Complete Care at Green Knoll is an absolute nightmare. They do not care about their patients, fail to update families on treatment plans, and make it nearly impossible to reach a social worker. When we did manage to contact one, they were dismissive and unhelpful, constantly using the excuse that the phone number was incorrect instead of returning calls. The facility itself is filthy. When my mother was admitted, I was on my hands and knees scrubbing the floors because the room was so dirty— we found toenails, roaches, bodily fluids on the walls and floors. It was disgusting. The place reeks of urine, and cleanliness is clearly not a priority. The nurses were mostly rude and visibly annoyed anytime we asked for something. While a few were kind, the majority acted as if helping patients was a burden. The only remotely decent aspect was the rehab team, who actually did their job, but even they told us we needed to advocate for my mother’s discharge. After my mother’s motor vehicle accident, this facility was more focused on draining her PIP coverage than her actual recovery. Even when rehab stated she was ready to leave, they refused to discharge her and tried to force us to sign an AMA! The incompetence at this facility is astounding. Midalya, the social worker, is completely clueless, and Rikka is no better. We are still waiting over four weeks later for necessary insurance documents to be completed. I regret trusting the positive reviews that led us to this place. Do NOT send your loved ones here—this facility is a disgrace!
The staff is very caring. This is so important. It would be good to have light weight folding chairs that visitors can easily take to the rooms they are visiting. Some rooms have no seating and it is necessary to locate random heavier side chairs in the hall and drag them to the desired location. I always return them to where I found them, but the folding chair solution is practical and affordable.
