The facility itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a calm and reassuring environment. The caregivers are professional, compassionate, and take the time to get to know each resident personally. They go above and beyond to ensure that everyone feels cared for and valued. It’s clear that the team at Complete Care Green Acres is dedicated to providing the highest quality of service. The nurses are wonderful. They are very helpful and extremely friendly. They sincerely care about all the patients and will answer your questions . Holly will not only take the time to answer your questions but she will add something from her experience which has helped me in understanding my mother who has dementia . All the nurses have tremendous patience . The facility is always clean and the food is good. David the administrator is always accessible . He knows all the residents by their names. I feel very confident in the care being provided. The rehab program is excellent and all of the therapists . I highly recommend Complete Care at Green Acres
My sister and I, along with our families can’t say enough about Complete Care Greenacres. My mom was referred there from her primary doctor’s office after being discharged from the hospital with health issues that needed to be treated. The nurses, PT, OT, staff and administration were there to help her with her medical, physical needs. They went above and beyond to keep her comfortable and safe for the last 4 months, they truly cared about her well being. Always took our calls with any questions or concerns we had. We truly appreciate everyone at Complete Care Greenacres and highly recommend them to care for your loved ones. Thank you wholeheartedly and my mom, Joanne will miss you all ❤️
I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this facility is. The rooms are private and very nicely decorated. There is even a small refrigerator with a separate freezer section. The bathroom is spacious and everything is clean. Everyone i have met who work there are so nice and accommodating. If I ever have a need for this I would definitely recommend Green Acres!
i’ve been to a few rehabs, and this was the first time I ever was able to stay more than five days. As the ER nurse is very hard to watch and sit by without saying anything if there are deficiencies and negligence In the service to other patients. But I stayed at Greenville acres for over 30 days and never once seen any patient not being treated well. Everyone from nursing to the housekeeping, to the physical therapist Everybody is knowledgeable understanding and kind. I was extremely impressed with the level of care, at Greenville. Acres. Other than minor, laundry hiccups, I would greatly recommend Greenville acres for excellent care . Google
