Extremely pleased with facility overall. My father went in for short term rehab, and upon attending his discharge meeting was amazed at how far he had come. He looked incredible and healthy and was walking better than ever. Every member of the staff I saw was engaging with residents, polite and upbeat. There was constant cleaning taking place and it was a vast contrast to typical “nursing home” settings I had experienced in the past. While I hope it’s not soon needed, I would love for my father to eventually transition here full time when necessary. The PT team was outstanding as well, very thorough, understanding and compassionate. My dad specifically liked his nurse, Kristen, and was almost sad to leave knowing he wouldn’t see her again. Great experience all around, well done Glendale.

This is a clean facility with friendly staff. Brightly lit recreational rooms, a library and friendly staff that did not seem rushed or too busy to stop and chat with patients. I was greeted upon arrival and was wished a pleasant evening upon my departure.
My experience was wonderful. It was so nice to see Frank and see how good he's doing and how kind and attentive everyone is. Another great visit.
This was my mother. My mother passed away at Glendale on October 6, 2024 at 10:45 P.M. I will never forget this. I want to once again give my heartfelt thanks to the staff at Glendale in the Sunflower wing who gave my mother all of her care during her stay there. All of her nurses and aides were kind and compassionate. They made sure she was well taken care of. She never lacked anything. They worked with her, understood her, and kept her safe. They were professional, knowledgeable, understanding, compassionate, etc. I could go on. I have no complaints about the staff. They were responsive to my needs as well. They would communicate any concerns immediately to me. If I called for a status report they were always quick to give me an answer. Never rushing me off the line. Always attentive and addressing any concerns or questions that I might’ve had. I will miss seeing all of you. You guys take care and keep up the great work you do at being nurses everyday because it’s not easy. Sometimes people’s expectations of you become a bit much. They feel because you’re nurses you can perform miracles. But God is the only worker of miracles. You are basically the angels keeping a careful watch over his flock. I have a lot of respect for you. So long! 😢
