This is a great place to work!!! Being new to the field, Fox Hill is a wonderful place to gain experience. The staff have helped me to grow and are so approachable. I look forward to coming to work daily and talking with residents and staff members.

Well, my mom is back at Fox Hill now for four fractured ribs and I couldn’t be happier that she’s there because of the care I received the first time back in July and August 2024 for her fractured hip. Already OT was there today, on a Sunday evaluating her and Physical Therapy will be there this afternoon and/or first thing tomorrow. She’s in good hands and I am extremely happy even last night when her meds hadn’t been put in yet because they had a lot of people being admitted, the LPN took the time to call me a little after 10 PM to rest assure that my mother received her pain medication so she could sleep well.. That’s good care. Well, she finally left on Friday, January 24 and she didn’t want to leave. The people there are so great. I can’t even tell you the ones that were taking care of my mother.
Fox hill has gone above and beyond expectations my mother is in safe hands we were lucky to find fox hill, their staff are always friendly and helpful my mothers nurse Cathy is amazing the front office staff ( Jeff,Savanah care about the facility everybody is great ) from top to bottom.
Seems like a Nice facility. Would like more communication weekly on the progress of my mom. Did get call from a nurse stating she will be going on clear liquids because when she ate she would vomit. My mother say all the employees are very nice except for one gentleman. Not sure who he is. But all in all I am happy cause she is happy
My grandmother is in this facility. They ignore call buttons and leave patients waiting for diaper and bed changes. They only offer to take my grandmother to the cafeteria if she is already in the wheelchair and ready to go otherwise she has to eat in her room. On 10/3 no nurse came to check on her and change her until after 12pm. The staff are rude and unhelpful. She needed a new wheelchair cuz the one they gave her is completely bad shape and ripped. Staff do not talk to each other and just say they will leave notes for the next shift but then next shift claims nothing is left. We asked for a refill of cranberry juice and the nurse said the kitchen is closed so it'll be awhile, when we came back from lunch the nurse said she couldn't remember what room asked for it and gave it to us at the desk. Just a bad place all the way around and we are working on getting her moved asap.
