If you work in healthcare, you are expected to be compassionate, but the staff at this location appears to lack empathy, particularly on the 4th floor, where unprofessional behavior is exhibited. My cousin was very happy today. He told me that his room was clean. He was also taking about the food. The front desk male was very nice and polite. The staff from 2nd floor were friendly and very nice. I asked for a cup of ice for my cousin and the lady at the counter gave to me. She was polite.
It’s a very good place. They take care of my mother real good I cannot complain. The staff are very nice people thank God.
Excellent in every way! The facility was very clean & the employees were very pleasant & helpful. The patient was very happy to see us & he seemed to have been encouraged that we came to visit & pray for him.
