Well run facility with a very nice staff. My mother is happy there. It feels like a second home in many ways. Very grateful we found CC to care for my 94 year old mother. She loves the meals and usually eats every last morsel. She has gained 10 pounds and we couldn’t be more pleased about that. We are rounding 3 years with our mother being at Complete Care. We are very pleased with her care. She will be 96 years old in March 2025 but she is doing very well and has pretty much has not declined in the last couple of years. She feels at home and we believe it is because of the kindness and loving care she receives every day.

Just visiting a friend. While there, the service was great, his nurse was very attentive, kind, and considerate. The maintenance staff was exchanging his TV so he could watch the Phillies game. They were friendly and courteous. Facility looked fresh and clean. Reception was great as well as cheerful.
My mom was here for two weeks. Most staff are friendly. Food was average. They should give diabetic patients a diabetic diet not a regular diet with insulin. We needed to speak with the nursing supervisor since speaking to the nurse about following the prescribed amount of days in between changing her colostomy wafers were not being followed. They did not have all the supplies on hand to care for colostomy patients. They were well staffed, where other nursing facilities seem to be understaffed. They just need to be a little stricter with their SOPs and they could go from good to great.
The visitors and the caregivers who are coming over there for ongoing cases can not have access to coffee. I mean, if it is a 12 hour shift, depending on the client's case, it's not always possible to find an aid to look out for the client while the caregivers can get coffee from outside. I hope we can have a small bistro, or even vending machines for coffee and bagged snacks for the visiting caregivers. Other than that, the facility is clean and tidy. The residents under care seem to be getting the medical attention they need.
Everyone from the Administration on down have been very compassionate. We are lucky to have this facility in Cape May County
