If you love your loved ones, don't send them to complete care. My sister was transferred from complete care to the hospital to treat a respiratory illness and a bed sore bc she want NOT being rotated at complete care. While being treated at the hospital we decided that once she is discharged we will send her to another skilled nursing facility for better treatment bc complete care staff is nasty among other things . Horrible people!!!! Staff with attitudes. You been warned . Beware!!!!!!
My visit at Clark Nursing And Rehab! Was very pleasant. Staff members were very helpful and friendly. The nurse and assistant were constantly checking on my cousin progress. The rooms were clean and organized. The staff members were very professional. Thanks once again for your support and service. My family and I really appreciate everything you’ve done for my cousin.
There are sone wonderful ladies and RNs here. But a few not so great or caring CNA that is. My favorite and my moms FAVORITE can is Mary or Marie she is a very sweet caring lady. But there is one don’t know her name what has zero personality in regard? How would you like to be roughed up? I don’t know her name otherwise everybody else is great so far.
My Mom has been here since Feb of this year for medical and PT rehab. Everyone here is just wonderful! The facility is clean, and large for everyone there. My Mom was transfered from the hospital to the facility...not able to talk, walk, eat food. They all kept me up to date on things and when I see her each day they made sure to tell me how she was doing. My Mom is now able to eat food normally, talking, walking with the walker and will be home in the next few weeks. Everyone from Jamie, Victoria, Wally, Ann, Giselle, Madeline, Aijo, Gerry, Patricia, Susan, Lauren, Gabby, Dr. Caggia, Dr. Chayla, the list goes on and on! They are all caring and wonderful here. They are responsive to the needs of the patients as well as the social side. They have doctors that are on top of taking care of them and comunicate with you as the family and the nurses. I can honestly say I have my Mom still, because of the care she is getting here. I say that from having lost my Dad in 2022 and he was not at a Complete Care and it was horrible to get anything done. I'm thankful to everyone here at Complete Care of Clark for everything! If Mommy ever needs this again, this is where she will go. Thank you!
