Everyone at complete care is awesome. They took great care of my dad on 2 separate occasions. Always clean, fed and watched over. Nurses would hangout with him when he was restless & staff was very communicative & helpful to us as well. Thank you guys for not only doing your job so well, but genuinely caring. For the past 3 years, I would go twice in the day to check on my mom, day and night. So funny that I was basically responsible for everything starting from feeding her, changing her diapers, and simply just sit with her cause she seemed all alone and confused. Always used to found her sleeping majority of her day, basically staying most of her day in bed till 12PM!!!! I would go ahead myself, wake her up, feed her, and help her going to the bathroom as if there is no single person working or in charge! Extremely frustrating!! No one will care to do so if I simply didn’t show up. And she will be missing her meds if she’s sleeping cause as I mentioned earlier no one from the staff will wake her up. What I knew later and was a shock to me that the staff got extremely scared and decided (on their own with no refer back to any doctors) to stop her medication when she fell before. My mom got couple strokes before so they though and decided that it’s a good idea to stop her blood thinner medication so they won’t be responsible in case she fell down so the blood thinner won’t cause her bleeding. Who decided that up to themselves!!! You’re not a doctor or a medical provider and no one took my or my mom’s or the doctor’s consent to stop the medication. Which later on, before she passes away, caused her the last stroke due to the lack of blood thinner medications which caused her death.
We hold monthly gatherings to share the message of God. From the moment guests arrive, they are welcomed into a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff is dedicated to providing attentive and friendly service to all visitors, ensuring a positive experience for everyone who enters the facilities.
Where can I start?! Please think twice before putting your loved ones in that place. The place is extremely dirty and I expect this is the biggest factor to consider for patients to provide them a clean healthy environment. Second, why is the place lacking care? These are patients that need help constantly as they are elderly, not sure if that is because the staff is overworked or lacking of staff, or staff that simply just don’t care. Not fair! Really not fair to the patients that need basic needs. A message to the administrator .. if you’re just opening this business for the sake of money and not for the quality and safety and care for patients and their needs then I advise you to better close that business!
All the staff is so friendly and nice. They treat my mother very well. She has not been there a month yet. So far very happy with her care. Thank you Jackie and the whole team.
