I know a person who is living within this home and it seems when we call to see how he/she is doing, staff doesn't really know. We were told by them that they don't check on the people living there unless they buzz the help button. Also when asked if he/she was still on a certain medication they had no clue. Update: The person I mentioned was ( yes was) my grandfather. He passed away because he couldn't recover from a nasty fall that took place in this place. He called for help because he wanted to get up and nobody came. He waited for a long time, and then, knowing he had to get up for the bathroom, he did it himself. He broke ribs and dislocated his shoulder. That's not to mention how scrapped up he was from the fall.
10/10 recommend this facility!! Staff is absolutely amazing along with the owners. Being in an agency and traveling to different buildings, this building by far is super well maintained and the cleanest I have seen. Residents are top priority here and well taken of. Everyone becomes family the minute you walk through the doors. Danielle and Keri go above and beyond with this facility to make sure it is very well maintained and up to date. You will not regret bringing your loved one here!!
