Compass on the bay has some great staff they took excellent care of my mom "Aunt Glo" with her memory issues. I never felt like she was ignored. The entertainment staff and food worked well for her. Its also not bad to sit out front on the porch with her in the summer and look at the water. Nice Facility
My wife has been a resident at Compass on the Bay for 15 months now. My family and myself could not be happier for the loving care and compassion shown by the staff there. Everyone, starting with the management on down has been a delight to work with. They are professional, proficient, knowledgeable and compassionate. I have asked a number of questions over her stay and always have received prompt and helpful feedback. This facility is truly top notch!
My parents moved from their home in Florida to Massachusetts in September 2022. Their transition from independence to assisted living has been challenging; after an unsuccessful experience at a memory care facility closer to my home, Compass on the Bay welcomed them and with their knowledge and expertise they have given them (and me) the support they need to adjust and to thrive. It is truly a community--ALL staff work together to make the facility a clean, warm, welcoming home for residents—taking time to chat and responding to them with kindness, understanding and patience. If you are looking for a place for someone you love to be cared for well, Compass on The Bay should be on your list!
My mother is a dementia resident and my family is extremely pleased with everything that Compass offers. During this pandemic, Compass stood strong for their residents and staff and did an exceptional job. The one most important point for me is that I know my Mom is safe. My entire family, I am one of four children, would highly recommend this facility. And a bonus is the management team who is exceptional. The resident is the top priority! Thank you Compass for loving our Mom!
