No medical facility is perfect, but I have had positive experiences at Compass ever since my mom entered here a year ago. They have taken good care of her and have been great at communicating with me about anything going on with her or addressing anything I asked them to address. My mother came from a terrible facility before Compass and I have been very pleased, which I know can be hard to come by. This is a privately-owned facility and they care about doing a good job. At this time I can highly recommend this place.
There is a nurse named Constance who is as nasty as they come! I would never want my family in her care! She is not empathetic. She is rude and she simply doesn’t seem to care!! I give her a negative review and hope she can find work that suits her horrible personality. She is the nurse for the F wing at Compass Rehab in Mebane, NC. Horrible!! Aren’t nurses suppose to have compassion for people that are dying?? Not her! If I could give this place a zero, I would!
Note that many of the 5 star ratings are from employees. Care is lacking, some staff are kind but most are indifferent and unhelpful.
Just getting my mom in at Compass has been handle very professionally. I feel truly Blessed that my mom will be going there Oct. 25, 2021.
