The care by the employees was outstanding. Particularly Joy, Raul, and Ruben and Noah at physical therapy. The floor manager, Melissa was great as well. The love they have for their role is beautiful. The Skill Nursing itself is old and in need of repair. Food is poor and the noise level is out of control. They had patients that were screening non - stop and should be placed in a separate area of the facility. We took our loved one out because of the noice. Thank you for your help

The PT staff was very efficient. Noah, Hemani, Kyle and Ruben were awesome. They took their time in training me how to walk with their expertise. The care takers were great Nurse Joel and nurse Tom were very dedicated and caring. Georgina and Maria were very loving n caring during my stay.
Staffs are wonderful and great. It is hospital with care. They keep everyone busy playing games and more. Also, they serve meals breakfast, lunch and dinner. Community Hospital take good care of all. Thank you for the great service.
I feel the entire place has improved since I was there last. My friend’s room was clean and the place did not smell. My friend was nice and clean and look refreshed. The staff were kind and accommodating. I’m so happy to see her happy!
They took such great care of my loved one and highly recommend them! The staff went above and beyond to help with her transition in and out of the facility.
