I had an absolutely terrible experience at this dental office. My daughters had appointments, including a scheduled root canal and extraction for my older daughter. An hour before our visit, they called to cancel part of her procedure, claiming the doctor didn’t have time. Then, because we arrived just six minutes late, they refused to see her at all. From the moment we walked in, the receptionist was rolling her eyes and acting like she didn’t want to be there. She was rude and unprofessional, treating most people who walked in as if they were an inconvenience rather than patients. When I assertively asked her if something was wrong, she snapped, “What’s wrong with you? You don’t know me. I’m not checking you in. Your aggressive. You can go wait.” This unnecessary back-and-forth delayed check-in further, and they then marked us as 13 minutes late. They did see my 10-year-old daughter, but the visit was just as frustrating. The doctor initially told me she had a cavity in her adult molar that could be filled in-office and that her two baby teeth with cavities didn’t need to be removed because they were close to falling out naturally. However, when the hygienist came in, she completely contradicted him—telling me that all of her teeth needed fillings and that she had to see a pediatric dentist because they wouldn’t be doing it in-office. When I pointed out that this was the opposite of what the dentist had just told me, she brushed it off. I had to ask her to get the doctor because I wasn’t going to sit there getting two different treatment plans. Then, she started giving unsolicited advice about braces. When I told her my daughter already had an orthodontist, she scoffed at me. She also gave me completely opposite information from what our orthodontist had said, insisting that my daughter didn’t need to wait for all her baby teeth to fall out before getting braces—even though her actual orthodontist had said otherwise. On top of that, the hygienist was extremely rough—so much so that she actually broke my daughter’s tooth. She quickly patched it with a composite and UV set, clearly hoping I wouldn’t notice. That patch fell off in the car ride home. She was also aggressive to the point that my daughter started crying. Instead of addressing the situation, Dr. Lust dismissed us from the practice, claiming it was because she was crying. Of course she was crying—the hygienist was hurting her! To make matters worse, the office itself was filthy. For a medical setting, it was shocking how unsanitary everything looked. They also keep the TVs , lights and heat off in the reception area. This place is unprofessional, disorganized, and completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for quality dental care.

i have seen a lot of dentists over my 66 years. since turning 65 this office accepts my supplemental insurance and ive NEVER been happier with a dentist. All of the procedures ive had so far have been painless. The office staff is great to work with. the doctors i have seen are very professional. i had a root canal yesterday and i was amazed how little discomfort i was in through the whole process. Thank you to EVERYONE in this office and i appreciate the skill set you all possess.
Dr. Zimmer and Ana were very kind, efficient, considerate, fast and provided excellent customer service. My appointment was at 9:30 and Dr. Zimmer & Ana made sure I was done by 10:15. I would highly recommend! I received excellent customer service from the front office as well. Thank you for doing such a great job! Top Tier!
Dr Zimmer rude and didn't explain or talk about after care - dud not answer any questions I asked. Ignoring me he also did my disposable stitches in a sloppy quick fashion. Staff was great girls did good job.
Been going here for about two years or so. Love the dentists & staff. Lori the hygienist is great. I highly recommend this practice.
