Have lived here 10 years. Great neighbors. Quiet.. Nice clubhouse.. Too bad Cap reserves were squandered for past few years by prior boards Ticking time bomb??? I hope it can be addressed. First services just took over mgmt control. Cautiously optomistic as i see them making improvements thusfar

We love our new home in Concordia. It’s a beautiful development with the look of an English village. The upkeep is the best and the people who live here are very nice. This is my last and forever home now.
I live here for 23+ years In my opinion it is the best of all the Monroe community’s I and my partner Janice Kasper are both real estate agents I am mostly retired and Janice is a Broker for Rossmoor Sales. Concordia offers a number of amenities that the so called higher end communities offer. To me the most important is control of there monthly maintenance here atConcordia we have the 3 largest square ft and our maintenance is still considerably under $500, very important for future home value most home are condos meaning our roofs are eventually replaced. Out door maintenance is excellent weather a crack in the sidewalks or a foundation problem or shrubs Excellent care of the homes and community.
I live here, very nicely set up. They keep after the look to make it pleasant.
Great place to live.
