Commonwise Home Care cared for my loved one for around 5 years. The office staff is small; I think I knew most of its members by name. Nonetheless they were very professional. I believe they treated their caregivers with kindness and empathy. For example, in my parent's last days, they found a substitute on a day when a particular caregiver was overcome with sadness to see my parent's decline and needed to leave. All of the caregivers whom I met were cheerful and personable, which lifted my parent's spirits. For several years before I engaged Commonwise, I used a competing contractor. The competitor cost considerably less than Commonwise, but there was no comparison in the level of service.

Our family hired Commonwise to help our mother/MIL who had a sudden injury that caused a dramatic change in her health, level of independence and living situation. Without exception, every single member of this company has been helpful! With most of our family living in other states, the excellent communication, professionalism, organization and responsiveness have been invaluable. Starting at the beginning, Lisa met not once but twice to do an intake and with patience and compassion answered questions, explored how Companions could help and even went to the first office visit to assure that all went well. Polly was organized and flexible as she accommodated the changing schedule needs and was always responsive to questions and updates. Debbie got us set up with the Family portal which helped with scheduling and communication. Even Jeffrey the CEO checked in seeking feedback. When does that happen? The Companions have been kind, attentive, very helpful and so caring. Jennifer and Sherry deserve special recognition for all of their efforts which have been so helpful for her recovery. I’m sure there are others working behind the scenes and we appreciate their efforts to coordinate her care. As someone who has worked in Healthcare for over 40 years, I am very impressed and grateful for the care provided by Commonwise and recommend this organization without reservation.
The team at Commonwise have been an absolute blessing for my mother and I. They have allowed her to keep her independence, while giving me the peace of mind to know that she’s being looked after when I’m not available. Everyone from Commonwise has been incredibly caring, taking their time with her and keeping me updated on how everything is going. I’m extremely grateful to have Commonwise for my mom, and would highly recommend them for anyone with an aging family member that needs assistance. If I could have given them ten stars I would have!
Lifesaving! I found my way to Commonwise while planning for a major surgery. Clinical Director Lisa Brownell was immediately responsive to my initial outreach; she listened to my concerns to ensure I felt as confident as possible. We arranged for me to have an overnight caregiver for the first few nights at home, post surgery, so that my husband could sleep peacefully, knowing that I was in good care. Caregiver Victoria took SUCH GOOD CARE of me! She was such a pro: attentive, calm, kind, and flawlessly competent with my wound/dressing changes and medication schedule. I look forward to trusting Victoria's capable skills again in a few months after my follow up procedure. Thank you, Commonwise for supporting and enabling my recovery!
Having used many of the other companies that provide care to seniors Commonwise is clearly the best. They are professional and courteous. Show ownership and follow through from onboarding to daily schedule management and problem solving anything that will inevitably pop up in these situations. I am grateful to have found a company that has a mission based approach to in-home health care. Top notch team and leadership and it shows.
