Geoff Cannon is Commonwealth Senior Living’s Facility Manager. If you need something, can’t find something, or need something fixed Geoff seems to be available. I don’t think I’ve ever heard him say no to anyone. I love going down the hall and he’s laughing and talking to the residents. He just about knows everyone’s name. CSL should be proud to have Geoff on staff. Next time you see him thank him for all he does.

Geoff Cannon has been incredibly helpful to a family member who just moved in! He goes out of his way to ensure the resident and family both are satisfied!
A couple of sincere 'shout-outs' to the staff: Geoff Cannon/Maintenance Director - His conscientious care and quick responses were consistent and without exception. He takes time to get to know the residents calling them by name and that doesn't go unnoticed by those living there. Sheena /Caregiver - She has been a constant advocate for my aunt and frankly a safe harbor to ensure she received the right kind of care. I know there are others like Geoff and Sheena; make sure you are 'taking care of them' so they can adequately take care of the residents. They are role models for other teammates to emulate. Thank you again during my aunt's recent respite care stay.
Such positive experiences cannot begin to mention them all. The staff was very competent/attentive and communicated/interacted well with our family. A shout out to Paras for helping our family member adjust quickly and comfortably.
Under staffed …. Over work the staff that do actually work….Huge safety concern for patients needing 2 attendants like my love one who needs a hoyer lift. I know they have falls and this place needs to be investigated by the Ombudsman, the county, social services, the state!!
