Once I decided on moving my father to Commonwealth, the sales team expedited the transition, demonstrating empathy and understanding throughout the contract signing and move-in process. While perfection is almost impossible in any job or task, it’s the execution follow-up that is what I look for. The remarkable women and their teams leading this community foster a safe environment and promptly address any concerns with immediate corrective action. The facility may be lovely at first glance, but they are not good at keeping the residents rooms clean at all such as emptying trash cans, picking things up from the floor like wrappers or leaves from flowers and all the dirty linens and wet dirty clothing are thrown on the floor in the corner and will stay there for days and the linens and the towels are all stained. I was not impressed with the lack of response such as needing to use the bathroom waiting for help getting to the bathroom sometimes you wait 45 minutes and by then it’s too late for resident to use the toilet also why isn't fresh ice water offered to residents in their rooms ? I would hope i never need to stay there
The facility is very nice and the lunch served to my friend looked good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. My complaint is that atmosphere when I was there seemed really boring for the people living there. What kinds of activities are there for the residents and how often do they occur? A variety of activities throughout the day would be very helpful. Maybe you do that and I just didn't see it because I was there at lunch time.
This place is horrible my mother in law passed on Christmas and they never called my husband we only found out because the funeral home called my father in law do not recommend this place at all
