Terrible place to send your loved ones. Nurses sleeping on the job. The aides talk to the nurse and patients like they are the boss. There is a couple nurses there that are really good but I don't see them often when I come in to see my friend at night. Call lights always going off while they sleep like this. Don't send your loved ones here. There is a nurse I believe her name is Ashley but I'm not sure tall black young to mid age lady very helpful and always smiling she's amazing and a african male nurse that works there they are the best things going for that place but neither of them I see often. They don't even look like they belong there cause the place is hood. Think twice. Investigate this place for yourself. This nurse was sleeping so hard she was snoring 😴 I can't make this up.
Room 401 has been staring at spectrum news for days and days because he has no remote control. Please fix it. I have also brought him clothes twice and they are gone. Please fix it
I was there 3 hrs and called 911 to be removed!!! I wasn’t given none of my medications. Their excuse was their private pharmacy is unreachable. I asked what that means for me. They said I’d have to just tough it out. I explained I couldn’t “tough” it out. They walked out of the room. I pushed the call button 2 times, both times I was ignored for over 1 hour each time. When I confronted them I was told that I’m expecting the “Hilton”. I asked to be sent back to the hospital two different times. Both times I was told “no” They said they would tell the hospital that I’m just simply unhappy with their customer service instead of telling the truth! When the Paramedics showed up the staff closed my door and I heard the Paramedics ask why they got a call from a patient and not the facility. They lied to the Paramedics saying I’m just looking for a way out of their Facility because I wasn’t happy with their Customer Service. Needless to say I was removed from the facility and absolutely won’t be returning. My family and POA tried calling the entire time I was there and never got an answer. IF YOU LOVE YOUR FAMILY DON’T TAKE THEM THERE. THE EMPLOYEES IGNORE THE PATIENTS AND DISRESPECTS THE PATIENTS THAT ARE ABLE TO STAND UP FOR THEMSELVES. THE PLACE WAS ABSOLUTELY FILTHY AS WELL AND STINKS SOMETHING TERRIBLE!!! I’d put 0 stars if I could!!! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!
Run away FAST!! This is the worst facility I've ever had the displeasure of being in. The staff treated my dad like he didn't exist. His food was mediocre at best when they finally got around to serving meals. They left his wounds unbandaged and he went unchanged for hours. When I'd go visit I had to tell them to clean him up!! The facility smelled like urine and feces every time I went to visit. The staff was rude and didn't even acknowledge me when I'd go. I couldn't get my dad out of there fast enough!! ZERO STARS IF THERE WAS THE OPTION!!
