I'm visiting my mother right now here in Columbia Crest and the seniors here is a lot of luxury compared to many buildings in Albany they call senior housing. Compared to the buildings that I came from is 200% better Even the people live here know how to act are respectful. Not where I came from. Respect is not a part of their nature I suppose. That's why I left because I felt to be harassed I felt fearful for my life and nobody wanted to do anything to improve it but they wanted to point fingers instead of improving the behavior of other residents and that my dear I will not tolerate that's why I left from where I was at. Columbia Crest peaceful living. Without cameras all over the place to watch you but protect what's inside of where you live that's it. They do have cameras in the parking lot they have cameras by the mailbox area but they have cameras watching them every move which is totally ridiculous if you ask me where I came from. So compared to SMT complex out of Albany. This residential living for seniors is heaven on earth. Safe and secure. With pleasant people that live in harmony with not perfect but better.

Lisa is the rudest person to have to deal with. She makes no sense and has truly contradicted herself when inquiring for an apt. I have the proof too. She has empty promises and cares not at all for the seniors. She has been unkind to tenants too. I wonder why on earth a person like her represents a senior living complex, no compassion. Cold looks she gives and is very blunt and non conversing. In other words..stop bothering me is her demeanor to the tenants and others. Maybe rethink who your rental agent is.

Do not send your family here. Lisa is the worst. I don't think she has any sympathy for the senior community especially the ones who are about to die, like my mom. Lisa not only was rude to my mom but let the other tenants do whatever they pleased and my mother would be told she couldn't do those things. For example, have a pet. I would see a bunch of pets (dogs and cats) on the premises but my mom told me that Lisa gave her a very hard time about even watching my cat for 5 days. Since my mom was struggling financially Lisa did a nice thing and let her only pay half of her rent. Super nice! Until the month she died, Lisa tried to get that money from us, showed no sympathy and then didn't even give us the deposit back that my mom put down for the apartment. I've also heard from my mom and 3 of my aunts that she was nasty to my mother. Don't bring your family here.
