Very bad experience. We had pre purchased tickets for 10.30am and due to traffic we reached at the destination at 10.45am and they didn’t allow us to enter inside and asked us to purchase another tickets. Their management and staff behaviour was too rude with the guests. Guest are visiting the place from far distance and they don’t even respect. Along with us Many people were sitting beside with the same experience. It’s just an overrated place. Very bad experience with Italy.

The Parents' House welcomed my father for two years. We did not encounter any difficulty when we wanted to communicate with the care team, we always had a frank and cordial dialogue during our visits. A big congratulations also to the activity leaders who know how to bring the residents to create contacts and come out of isolation. My father ended his days at the Parents' House surrounded by all the staff, in a human and comforting atmosphere for him as well as for us. It was very precious.

Internship carried out within the structure. Very pleasantly surprised by the support of our elders. Well-treatment and care are at the center of the teams’ concerns. The activities are very varied and help to brighten up the daily lives of residents. A great discovery within a fantastic team!
