My dad was here briefly for rehab after a hospitalization. Unfortunately he missed doses of critical medicine due to staffing negligence, and experienced a severe decline that resulted in a second hospitalization. If it wasn’t for my sister who showed up to the facility at 9pm after being unable to contact him all day, he likely would’ve deteriorated into a coma and may not have been able to come out. When she arrived there were multiple doses of medicine on his bedside table and he was incoherent, disoriented, and unable to speak. My dad went back to the hospital and is worse off now than his initial hospitalization. It seems that proper medication management should be a guarantee in a place like this and someone should’ve noticed his decline and acute change in condition. I wouldn’t recommend this place or trust them with the care of a loved one.

I was most pleasantly surprised by the caring staff and the cleanliness of this facility. I’d expected the worst conditions, and found the best conditions. The staff is helpful and the patients are cared for. Patients are kept busy with outings or entertainment. I left with a heavy heart due to the circumstances but also felt very happy because the patient I visited is in good hands. Thanks so much to the staff.
Dad now lives at Colorow. He has the best of care from everyone. All the staff is competent, loving and cheerful. The food is stupendous. And the facility is light, well maintained and peaceful. Best of all is the courtyard and Miss Hazel the lop-eared rabbit. We are so fortunate to have this home for Dad.
We visited my mother today who is in COLOROW for physical and speech therapy following her stroke. Every staff member was polite , friendly, actively engaged and very professional. Mom’s room is fantastic with a spacious bathroom/including shower perfect for a wheelchair patient. We’re extremely pleased and happy that my mother is receiving the caring and needed therapy. Thank you COLOROW.
Very pleasant experience visiting my mother Barbara Shaver (Owens). Staff was very attentive & knowledge regarding my mothers wellbeing. Lastly, the staff was very accommodating regarding Colorows policies.
