Most places have a kind and caring staff but Colonial is the first place that made me feel at home. Out of all those places, there are only 2 that I would put my own loved ones in, and Colonial is at the top of that list.

Colonial Heights is a lovely facility with beautiful grounds and nice living quarters. They have many options for care under the same roof. I would feel very comfortable having a family member stay here.
I had shared with Pamela Huesman over the phone the situation with my mother when I set up to tour the facility. Once my father and I came for the tour, she asked me again about my mother’s situation. When I repeated what I said over the phone, she tells me that my mother’s needs can’t be met there. She waisted all of our time by not stating that during my phone call.
My uncle has been living in the assisted living at Colonial Gardens. We love working with the people there. They are always so helpful and genuinely care about the residents. We are so happy to have him living with such a wonderful group of people.
We were very impressed with our tour. Residents seemed happy and busy!
