Overall a great place for your loved ones but I truly believe it’s the people who make the place a good one. One of the best is Giuliani who is a social worker/resident representative. Giuliani is very friendly and easy going, he’s always quick to reach out if I have any requests or if a family member has any issues. He works diligently to try and resolve any problems and always follows up to make sure you’re happy and satisfied. He does his job to the best of his abilities and with honesty and care which is much needed in these facilities. I can rest assured that Giuliani is taking good care of my loved ones and that they are comfortable and at ease under his care.

My husband was here for about two weeks. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I especially would like to mention Nurse Doreen. She is an exceptional person. Very kind, helpful and compassionate. She was wonderful in caring for my husband. She always was available to answer my many questions. In addition, the facility was always clean and fresh smelling.
At first, we were excited because the facility looks updated and smelled nice in the lobby area. But once we got my father there, it still seemed like a good facility. The staff were nice and engaged. But when it came to dealing with the business office, a completely different story. We were looking for a long-term care and needed to apply for Medicaid. The business office gave us the list of things they needed from us which we supplied but after everything was said and done, it took them three months to get the application processed. My father passed away on February 13 and we are still receiving bills From people We weren’t even aware of, doctors, pharmacy bills, etc. Come to find out the business office was supposed to have communicated all of this to us while medication’s were being processed. Not once were we informed the coats of these meds. We never received any kind of communication from them and now we have these bills that have to be paid totaling a couple thousand dollars. The business office was horrible! They sure didn’t hesitate to communicate that we had to a balance to pay to the facility. THE.BUSINESS OFFICE IS HORRIBLE.
Therapy, my nurses and aids has been doing an amazing job. They are very attentive and respond to all my needs and request in a timely manner. They work on my goals and is pushing me to do my best to make a speedy recovery
The staff was so patient and compassionate with my mom. They really cared for her and made her feel comfortable. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, I was immediately struck by how clean and pleasant-smelling the facility is. Highly Recommend
