The facility is clean, welcoming, and offers a variety of activities. We were grateful for the peace of mind we had knowing Dad was in such loving hands. Forever grateful. Highly recommend.

Words are not enough to express our gratitude for the staff at Coastal Pointe. Our mother has been at Coastal Pointe for almost a year and the experience has been beyond exceptional! She most recently received treatment for cancer and during that time, the staff was extremely attentive, professional and caring. Above all, they demonstrated -- and continue to demonstrate - a sincere love and support for our mother, as well as all the residents at Coastal Pointe. Our sincere appreciation to the hardworking, dedicated staff at Coastal Pointe!
My father needed a quick, two-week respite stay when there was a family crisis. The staff there treated him so well that he was sad to leave. Any sort of assisted living or memory care can be scary for all involved, but Coastal Pointe was very good at easing us through the process. The facilities are light and airy and the staff is friendly, open and welcoming.
Finding Coastal Pointe has been such a blessing for Mom (and myself). As her fulltime caregiver, it was hard admitting I needed help...but for her safety it became necessary. The dementia has taken a lot from her, but she's still able to tell me how nice the staff are & how much she loves them. Knowing that she feels loved, is safe & is kept busy with activities/socializing and not just stuck in her room...make it easier to leave after a visit. I'm so thankful I get to go back to just being her daughter again...thanks to the great staff at Coastal Pointe. I even got to be a chaperone on a fieldtrip with her...best day ever!!! 💙
Thanks to all the wonderful staff at Coastal Pointe Assisted Living and Memory Care in OIB, NC for providing a wonderful Thanksgiving meal to all the residents and their guests. We are very pleased with the care my Mom receives, the resident friendly environment that was created for the residents. The staff are amazing and always very kind and courteous. Plus, the new friendships we have made with many of the residents is wonderful too.
