I do not recommend! My grandmother lived there for a while. The staff seems really upbeat, bubbly, and nice however there were many times my grandmother and other residents would tell me they were mean. I didn’t believe it because they hide behind a mask. I found out from non pre dementia family members that after my visits with my grand mother that the staff would talk badly about me. (Chelsea) the worker in particular, who I thought was the sweetest! They do not like to be checked on and I was doing it for a reason because my gut feeling told me to. I caught them not bathing my grandmother for 3 full weeks, or changing her dirty clothes. If your loved one is in there or if your considering, make sure to ask to see the shower chart periodically. We removed our loved one for multiple reason which I’m not going to list here because this review will get really long and we’re still pending investigation. Please just be careful and make sure to go visit your beloved family member and check on them. Don’t just trust that bubbly, friendly, smile mask you see as you walk through the door.

My mother stayed in this assisted living home for a good while. The staff was always upbeat, the facility was clean, and had many activities. when mom needed special medical care, we had to move her to a facility that could accommodate her. I would recommend this home to any senior who just needs supervision and a little help with daily activities.
I have been extremely pleased with the care that my mother has received in the years that she has lived at close to home. The workers care very much for the residents that live there. Exceptional with the cleanliness of the facilities. My mother is very much cared for and she loves living there. Thank you to the staff that takes care of her from the bottom of my heart. ❤️
I would not recommend this facility to anyone. My sister was in 2 of the 4 homes and it declined with each home. She needed assistance with her braces being put on and off daily. Not once were we informed that her braces were broke nor that it caused an open sore that was not being addressed or treated. There are a couple of other things that were life threatening that we were never notified about until after she was hospitalized with long term damage done to her kidneys. When I tried to contact the owner I was told I don't run that home and know nothing about it and will have the owner that does call you. What do you know I never got a call back. My sister is no longer in this facility.
I took my father here for a 5 day respite care. I dropped him off on a Thursday. Went to vist him Friday and found him soaked from his shirt, all the way down to his socks!!! The pad underneath him was completely soaked! My father said he had not been checked on all day. He said he kept pushing the button for help and he heard staff say "Ignore him, He complains too much!" I packed his things and took him out of there immediately! All the staff could say was "It wasn't my hall!" This place should be shut down for neglecting their residents!!!
