The irony of the word “community” in your company name, because you clearly don’t care about the communities you insert, by your own admission, violent, mentally challenged people IN TO. You built a compound behind my house., that I have no idea how you got past council, (10 foot high retainer walls in a residential area), at the cost of around 1.4 million taxpayer dollars, and employ FOUR carers around the clock for ONE patient who spends every waking hour trying to tear this house down while screaming at the top of his lungs. You should be ashamed of yourselves for destroying the peace, and inserting someone so violent they have to live in a compound, into a majority elderly community. ESPECIALLY given your own employees told me they were fully aware of what would happen.
I'd give this no stars if this was an option. They breach their own service agreement, they do not provide supports to meet the needs of their clients, if you go there, there are no carers to be found.. residents are left waiting with no one around. They provide no communication that is honest, and they certainly don't treat residents with courtesy and respect or provide enough notice and certainly not in writing as they state in their contract and they seriously breach the Disability Services Act (National Standards for Disabilty Services) 2013. Their service agreement states for participants to see the Ending the Service Agreement but in that section does not let participants know how they can end it. Clients rights are not respected and id watch this space for a future Royal Commision and federal inquiries for multiple catastrophic breaches against this government run facility. An investigation needs to start now..multiple reports that are swept under the rug.. just watch and wait
Hi everyone, i’m sharing my experience with this company as a participant I’m an ex client with this organisation yesterday was my last day I had my stuff stolen from Staff from this company this company is the worst company I’ve ever been with the Staff manipulating verbally abusive control of the clients ability don’t allow clients to speak freely walk all over them, and on top of it Participants are treated so badly not did I get a lot of verbally abuse meant from my staffs but I was sad my staff stole my belongings in front of everyone the team Leander dragged their way into my house claiming everything was theirs in my office without providing a receipt on top of this matter I’m sharing it also my cats were being kicked in the face by carers that were meant to be caring they were also abusing my animals in front of my eyes to the point I got to afraid to leave my animals alone with them while leaving my house I had to lock my cats away from Staff due to the abuse meant towards my animals I recommend nobody to enroll any client into the service provider I’m talking from experience I am beyond destroyed I will never be able to go back to my happy self but i’m a person that wants to protect other clients out there from being dragged into the same situation I was dragged into staff are revolting I write this service provided one out of 10
