Clinton Villa has been a godsend for my sister. She has dementia and has a studio apartment which is perfect for her. Three meals a day are supplied everyday even holidays. Very good food. They have a new property manager Mr Trevelle and he has made so many positive improvements in the last year. He fixes whatever needs to be fixed for the residents. Very friendly environment and well maintained. Very quiet and safe.

What a great place! The administration, dietary, housekeeping, maintenance, all very kind and caring people. The food is FANTASTIC! All is included in the rent. I like that I can still live independently and be myself. 110% recommend it.
The place is a dump. They have had bed bugs more in the last two years than deamed possible. The residents are allowed to come in the dining room and community room when they know they have them which just spreads them around. In the past year They have had bed bug issues. The property manager and kitchen manager ONLY care about themselves . Those residents pay to basically live there and eat there. Alot of times their concerns get brushed under the rug. U let coperate know and they do t care either. In the 2 years I worked there.....the kitchen safe had a turnover over approx 25 people. U loved the residents and cooking for them. It when u have poor management it's hard. Just putting out there that your loved ones can get much better care at a better facility. But be warned there is a big bed bug issues there
I have a relative who lives here under the care of this company. For the most part, the old-style look seems to appeal to most residents here (although the location itself is old). While the staff is very assisting to its residents and visitors, I am concerned about how good of a job they do keeping the living quarters clean; while I saw some kitchen staff sweep up the kitchen after breakfast, my relative's living space reeked of cat odor (she has a couple of cats) which did not seem to have been cleaned for a while, plus the carpeted floors were dirty. With respect, most residents here have disabilities when it comes to doing basic chores, but the sanitary conditions, in my opinion, should be a higher priority to them.
I have had the pleasure of working with the Community Sales Consultant, Jennifer at Clinton Villa. Jennifer is an amazing person that is awesome at her job. If you have a family member or friend that is looking in this area, I highly recommend you call Jennifer. You will not be disappointed!
