Be very careful!!! Things are not always as they look. A majority of the residents have behavioral issues and have no understanding of boundaries. The management will micro manage the apartment and enter once or twice monthly. The walls are paper thin and almost everyone watches every move you make and come out to question what you are up to.....the property has very good camera surveillance so no need for tenants to follow someone around. The price is reasonable, but I would say if you can afford a little bit more for another apartment, go to a larger complex.

Yearly rent increase is high for renters with social security only and goes double above what seniors receive yearly in the Cola increase.
I have been a resident at Clermont Ridge for 2 years and am very happy living here. Problems are solved quickly and efficiently by Trudy and Roberto. They go above and beyond to help their residence.
How much per month? Is it a 55+building
Beautiful place and quiet. To live here is a privilege.
