UPDATED 8/29/22: In the 3 years I've been here, the rent has gone from $730 a month to over $900. Not affordable any more. I wouldn't have moved here if I knew they could raise the rent like that. Been living here over a year now. Overall I'm very happy. It's quiet and people are friendly and the common areas are well maintained. The clubhouse is beautiful. A very nice affordable community.
Always trying to know all your business. Office staff bad mouths residents. Shows favoritism to certain people who are in the click, not a friendly place at all. Maintenance staff is not knowledgeable on all aspects of job duties but think they are.
Hey guys love this place lives here almost 20 years I wouldn't move ever if I don't have to everything is Pleasant the snap treat you with respect and they're always Pleasant they've helped me out many times thank you Clearwater Village
