I rebuke Keke Boo’s review as no name mentioned. I know ALL managers & most staff (both past & present) and can 101% state all are soft spoken, composed/calm & professional even under extreme pressure (nature business & Houston weather) so IMO her review is suspect. In 2 years I’ve witnessed nothing but superior care & I am on sight visiting mom WEEKLY at all hours.

This place is amazing. We had my mom at what was supposed to be an upscale assisted living but was nothing compared to Watermark. Everything is so nice and tons of amenities- for similar price! Staff is great and 7th floor haze an awesome view - from close up of down town out to memorial city - panoramic view from huge balcony.
Two weeks ago on a Monday morning Brittany, the senior leasing agent at Clearwater called me and suggested that I come for a tour .As with most important decisions in my life I have made a job of my search for the perfect Retirement Community in Houston for me. It has been a yr. Clearwater, number eight. My criteria list has been the old Real-estate slogan Location, Location, Location. Clearwater, is not in my prefered Location However, on entering the lobby I quickly realized that Location seemed not so important. I had a sense of calm. Provided, I believe by the understated, Architectural design and furnishings throughout the building. This calming effect continued throughout my tour with Brittany, a warm confident professional woman with much knowledge oof the community and obvious that she loved her job .We concluded the the tour with a delicious lunch in the delightful dining room with floor to ceiling windows creating a very pleasant effect. Residents in the dining room seemed to be enjoying lunch and each other. CIearwater is now at the top of my list. How you feel in the space so important.!

Clearwater is more than a residence; it is a haven that evokes the ambiance of a five-star resort. The community thrives with an array of engaging activities, while the building's robust security instills a profound sense of peace and tranquility. We are thrilled our mother is here.
Very unprofessional staffing loveeee the community 😍. I’ve came to set up a visit to see my grandparents and manager with yelling and using profanity with staffing . Didn’t think it was a very appropriate relationship that they had going on in such a workplace especially with being in charge of my grandparents medication . I reported her immediately, but previously came back and she was still there. Honestly the management Sucks.
