This place has fallen considerably in the last two years. No one on weekends after 6 to let you in. My Mother. Has been moved 3 times in the last year. Each time the tv remote doesn't work and they have not addressed this in 6 months. Most of the care staff are pleasant so it is an obvious facility management problem. What was a great facility is now just a place to collect government and insurance money.

My wife was in another rehab facility after back surgery, had to return to the hospital for a week. When she was discharged, she went to Clear Creek. What a difference. The staff is more upbeat and attentive. The wound nurse (Kim) probably saved my wife's life. The nurse (Fatima), CNA (Kira), PT (Enoch, Danille, etc.), the cleaning lady (Marta) were all super. The food is good, the place is very clean, and the staff on the ball. It wasn't perfect, but it was as close as you are going to get, unless you have private duty nurses. Hope we don't have to use a rehab place again, but if we do-it will be Clear Creek!!!
My mother was admitted to Clear Creek back at the end of April 2024 for rehab under full Medicare with 100 days left on her Medicare. I bought her a haircut and shampoo at their beauty salon on site which she never got to experience because she passed away a few days after she was admitted there and now they continue to send me a bill for almost $700 and Medicare should’ve paid that easily. I found out that they Sent it in to North Carolina Medicaid not Medicare so they didn’t get the payment they were expecting so now they’re sending me a bill and I’m not responsible for my mother’s debts. This place won’t take me off the bill and I never signed anything acknowledging any type of responsibility. Take my name off the bill and file it with the correct insurance carrier. Account CCN 2476. Damn
The service and treatment I am receiving for my brother who is a resident here has been nothing but the best. Each time I am in need of questions or inquiries the Representative Lakeshia W. has and is always there when I need help. Even if she’s too busy about her day and work she still helps when I call or need her. I appreciate her service to me and the entire team of all workers at Clear Creek Nursing and Rehab. We moved our mom to the long-term section of Clear Creek in January 2024 as she has ALZ and was no longer able to stand/walk on her own. CC has been such a great change for her. She is always clean with washed hair, her room is tidy and always smells nice. The facility itself is clean and fresh every time we visit. And the nurses are so nice. It gives us great peace of mind knowing the nurses are right there and if she needs rehab for anything, it's in the same building. Everyone knows mom's name and they all comment on how much they love her whenever I visit. We're happy with the move and the care that mom is receiving.
