We have enjoyed our first two months very much. Met some interesting people and have enjoyed the Mesquite Grill. As you know we live in a villa. I don't know what shower safety features there are in the main building but I am disappointed by their lack in our villa. Earlier discussion with management appears to have fallen on deaf ears. Certainly, expecting a safety bar in a shower used by seniors is not expecting too much. I would also recommend that when refrigerators are replaced they be replaced by those with bottom freezer drawers. The above are serious issues but have not been a major distraction from our overall enjoyment of Clarendale.

We recently moved my mother to Clarendale from another community and she loves it! Everyone is so friendly and there are so many activities for her to participate in. I am so glad we found Clarendale!
Clarendale provides all that a person may need as aging and life can get more complicated. The staff are caring and professional. The restaurant style dining provides a social atmosphere, full of dignity; with a smaller and quieter seating option available. Multiple activities are offered every day for every level of ability and need. Clarendale is the place for independent living, assisted living, or memory care.
I have lived in an independent living apartment at Clarendale for two years and I am happy and satisfied with the living conditions. When I have guests for the first time, they always comment on how lovely and clean the facility is. There is an atmosphere of friendliness and care among the residents and staff. All the amenities one would expect of a senior living facility are available.
My father has lived at Clarendale of Chandler for 3 months and is happy and thriving, enjoying the people (residents and staff), activities and food. When my sisters and I were touring assisted living residences on behalf of our Dad, Clarendale easily stood out above the rest. The biggest difference was how happy the people are there. Julie Mitchell was so welcoming, positive and easy-going. She fielded our multiple questions with ease and compassion. We noticed how happy the residents and staff were as we took our tour. This company could give a corporate lesson in how to create a positive culture. The chef visited our table when we came back with our Dad and he was nice and engaging, explaining how he switches up the menu to keep things interesting. Each time we visit, we see the smiles and people tell us how they love living at Clarendale. People have been so friendly and welcoming to my Dad. I cannot say enough positive things about how this business is run, from top to bottom.
