So I would like to give a review now. I recently sat in on a ward. At the beginning everything was ok, everyone was very nice. Then I have the residents for coffee with my sister fetched. Cake, coffee served, kitchen tidy. Then the colleague no longer had time for me and I no longer have the other colleague seen couldn't go with anyone anymore. Then I took care of the seniors. I was allowed to put those who didn't feel well to bed. Then stood I'm alone again. Then dinner came and the medicines were distributed. Then I noticed that she had given a lady the wrong medication and found it funny. That was a no-go for me!! After that I left because I don't want to work in a home like that. No wonder there are no staff left😡🤷♂️ I am a very conscientious person!!
My father lived here for 5 years. There was never anything to complain about, he was simply happy here for the last years of his life.
I am very satisfied with the residential group in which my mother is cared for. The staff is very friendly and the management is always open and willing to talk to you if you have any questions. Thank you!!
Good atmosphere among staff. Good professional care (I worked there myself). A lot of variety in everyday life.
