I have been severely mentally abused at a Claiborne Facility for over a year. My director is extremely in appropriate in how she handles my conditions and myself as a client. I have already left a full statement on how I have been treated at my facility and would like to speak to someone above her who is not related to this situation. It is my right as a client if she cannot handle a situation for it to be escalated.

I do not have space to share my experience. I am trying to get someone at the corporate office to talk to me and act. I had a really good meeting with someone from corporate last year. I was elated that someone cared and would make a difference. WRONG! She talked a good talk. She told me to let her know immediately when the situation arose again. I would text her each time and she never acknowledged my correspondence. So I quit the correspondence. This year I am trying to talk to someone higher up. We will see if this person is interested enough to respond. If I get positive actions, I will gladly come back and write positive comments
