First I must emphasize how important it is for me as a person that has been through a lot and having my family member at this institution, I feel the need to express my gratitude and appreciation to all staff members from the administrator's , DON, Nurses and CNA’s I want to say a huge thanks for all the hard work I observed during the complexity and challenges that you have faced with difficulties and insanity by just doing your job. I am more than grateful for all your service and dedication to not just my aunt but the entire community as I keenly observe the way that your staff interacts with residents. I thank you kindly for all you do. Thank you for your service. Discreet family member.

My Dad was at this facility in 2024 and was there to rehabilitate from many ailments from diabetes, he had 2 leg amputations and it was a rough recovery so they gave him great personal care for his wounds. They worked with him extensively to get his prosthetic legs fitted well by measuring and giving him the therapy he needed in the gym. The staff was always friendly, accommodating to work with him to get him home again. I was always pleased with their attentiveness to see that he had everything he needed! They have a full service nursing home place. Short term and long term care is there. The social worker was helpful in getting extra time with the ins. CO. to extend his stay.
My father recently spent two weeks at Civita Rehabilitation Center. I was initially concerned by the low star rating, but my frequent visits revealed a different story. The facility, like many healthcare providers, appears to be facing staffing challenges, which can sometimes impact the environment. However, I was consistently impressed by the caring and dignified care my father received. He actually had a positive experience there. Based on my observations, the current 3-star rating seems low and doesn't fully reflect the dedication of the staff and the overall quality of care.
Staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the building could use some updating. But what’s most important is the people inside the building. Staff take great care of their patients. Wanted to give them all a shout out!! 🥳
The best experience i have encountered staff was very knowledgeable , helpful , caring, and thoughtful. Team work was exercised and explain each patient’s care accordingly. supplies were in an abundance. The supervisor and nursing staff were welcoming . She had an infectious smile. I had an event-free shift.
