I've been working at cityview for 4 months and I absolutely love it! I worked here before in 2017 as an housekeeper not only that my mother worked here for over 20 years! I truly enjoy working here and providing for our residents and working with our staff, it's one of the best environments to work in and gain so much real world experiences as I grow I look forward building more relationships here and learning more in healthcare!

This building has a phenomenal management team. They are very engaged with the floor staff, energetic and you can tell that they are dedicated to what it is that they do. This is rare to see such an incredible & interactive management team. Cityview has a ton of heart and everybody is so friendly no matter the department. Definitely a good place to work!! They are very focused on providing good care to the residents as well. 5 stars ⭐️
very old building and need renovation or use some upgrades at least a nice paint job and the nurse stations look terrible but its not really a bad place to work. the care can be difficult due to lack of supplies and staffing, and the food is well not the best looking cause i have not tasted it. i do not recommend a nurse or aide who has no experience in mental health or a passion to care for mentally ill patients to work here. the work overall is not bad but the med pass is heavy on one of the floors and they need two nurses but they only work it with one.
Cityview does a great job with behavioral health. Their partnership with Alliant and Viaquest has worked wonders for many residents. Thanks for being a community resource for those in need.
I've been to the nursing homes in Akron (Bath Manor) and (Hickory Ridge) but this nursing home (City View) is by far the best of them all before I came to a nursing home, from commercials of nursing homes,this is what I imagine it would be like. The staff here are so loving and so kind. They should lead by example and retrain all nursing homes to be like this one. I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR CITY VIEW!!!!!A DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️
