My husband and I toured this facility this month. We worked with Janet and Christina. While we decided to leave my father in law at his current facility(5yrs at his current facility), we definitely recommend Citrus Place. The staff were super friendly and the facility is top notch. It’s bright and airy and there’s lots of activities for the various stages of aging. If for some reason things should change at his current facility, Citrus Place is definitely a place that we wouldn't hesitate in considering based on their offerings and friendliness. I can’t say enough great things about Janet in sales. She is a shining star and great example of what you’ll get at Citrus Place. Janet went out of her way to accommodate all our needs. Janet made moving into Citrus Place go so smoothly. She answered all my questions and tirelessly listened to my situation. When Janet told me it would get done, it was done. I’m super happy with placing my mom at Citrus Place. It is everything Janet promised me it would be. But truly that’s not a shock once you meet the Facility Director Vicky. You see that the apples don’t fall far from the tree. She has set up a staff of professionals that are exceptional human beings. Citrus Place checks off all the boxes and more. I’m so happy to have been so fortunate to find Citrus Place.
Citrus Place knocked it out of the park today with a lovely Thanksgiving feast for residents, their family and friends! Having the extra young people hep with serving was a nice touch! Kudos to the whole team, especially the chef and his staff for making this a memorable day for everyone! Happy Thanksgiving 🦃
Wow! I was so impressed with my tour's of Citrus Place! My first tour I was welcomed by Susan, she did an outstanding job answering all my questions! I was impressed also by the size of the rooms and how clean everything was! I was able to speak with some of the guests and they all said how much they enjoyed living there! I was surprised to see my name on the welcome board! On my second visit Aurora was my tour guide, Aurora was very polite and answered the questions that I had, this time the friends that I was with took pictures! Aurora also invited us to have lunch, as you can see by the photo's everything was excellent! I still have some "Ducks to get in a row" but my first choice will be Citrus Place, Lord willing!
Citrus Place Assisted Living hidden angel is Megan, their director of the memory care unit. Caring, empathetic, compassionate, and professional are just some of the words that come to mind when I think of Megan. If not for Megan, I would have lost my mind dealing with the administration at this place. It's hard enough processing the decline of a loved one let alone all the bureaucracy of a corporation, Angels like Megan are hard to find. Thank you, Megan. Citrus Place is lucky to have you, we are lucky to have you. ❤️
