We have been living at the Citizen since December 2023, which is when the first leak started. Since then, we have had 4 or 5 more incidents of water damage which have still yet to be resolved by management. We have requested to be released from our lease, which they have denied. I have expressed my severe allergy to mold that is no doubt lurking, and yet we are still expected to live like this. A crew finally came two weeks ago after months of complaints, to seal the door and windows which were never even sealed to begin with. I’m not sure how a building like this gets a CO when the construction wasn’t even complete. After the “repairs” we have continued to experience leaks in the unit, which are now so severe, that the unit has become dangerous and uninhabitable. Posting this in the hopes that it will prevent someone else from experiencing such negligence. A fellow neighbor also posted a detailed review which has since been removed by management. Do not trust the misleading reviews on this page.

Update: So it seems the fire alarms go off at night every two months or so... Been here since November and there have been three or four so far (losing count lol but one time there actually was no explanation). My toddlers say they’re scared to sleep here and I constantly have to reassure them 😞 If you’re hard of hearing, good news you’ll definitely hear the alarm. Not sure if I can recommend to those with photosensitive epilepsy because it looks like a kanye jay z concert Also since Im already on here and cant sleep, there is almost never any guest parking available unless your guest shows up in the middle of the day while everyone’s working. So can’t really use the guest tags that was given out anyway eek. Initial: I have had a good experience so far. Sorinel and Elizabeth have been responsive and hospitable; and Jay addressed a window issue I had promptly the next day. All the staff there are very polite and I appreciate their professionalism.
Not a person to post many reviews, but when I was looking for my future home I relied heavily on reviews. I have lived in Citizens for about four months now and cannot be happier. Sorinel and Elizabeth are amazing!! Always readily available for any questions or concerns. As far as with most places, there were minor issues when I moved in, but Elizabeth was on top of getting everything resolved. The outdoor patio areas are so lovely! If you’re looking for a new home defintely consider Citizens. My first apartment and I could not be happier
After about one month I definitely a significant improvement to my last building, staff is nice, amenities are kept up, and the building design is pretty nice. Two caveats, “smart” package room is ironically labeled things get moved around, it doesn’t work very well sometimes you’ll be told you have a package without ordering anything or can’t find your packages. It’s a little chaotic. Number two, recycle is kind of lack luster everything just gets tossed in the same pile. Also recommend water filters water quality report isn’t the best for the area. Otherwise very modern and chic apartment building and the apartment itself I have no complaints. Will update accordingly!
I have been living @ Citizen Little falls since the end of July and my experience so far has been good. Like any apartment building there have been small hiccups that management has taken care of every time. I have noticed there are tenants that do not adhere to the garbage disposal instructions. Which occasionally leaves the rooms in bad condition, especially after the weekend, but the maintenance person always cleans the rooms. The management office is open Monday - Friday and the staff is always happy to assist with any questions. The person in charge of cleaning the common areas is here full-time during the week and she does an amazing job. We recently had our first tenant event where I was able to meet some of my neighbors. When submitting maintenance requests, I have always received a quick response. Long story short: Coming from an apartment building where management was practically nonexistent, living here has been a breath of fresh air. Knowing if something breaks or if I have any issues with anything regarding my stay here, I can just take elevator down to speak to someone and then throw all the nice amenities on top of that…… SOLD!!!
