Pleasant place to live... with a garden it would be great. Every member of staff I met was very friendly... we feel a cohesion and a good spirit in the team and the residents are made to feel welcome.

I was fortunate enough to complete my internship at the Cité des Aînés nursing home. I learned a lot there, both personally and professionally, thanks to the residents and the management team, all of whom were lovely. I thank the establishment for this wonderful experience.
A new and comfortable facility despite the lack of green space. No unpleasant odors (which isn't the case with all establishments). A stable, highly competent, and empathetic nursing staff. An extremely dynamic activity leader. The resident's well-being is prioritized despite daily challenges, particularly with the increasingly common cognitive decline among residents. Management is always available even if not all requests can be met. The kitchen isn't prepared on-site, which is a shame, despite a permanent cook who does his best to adapt the meals delivered to the residents. Staying at home is often too difficult, despite the efforts of families and home helpers. Although it's not perfect, the facility's friendliness and availability protect our seniors from a lonely end of life. Our visits complement this.
No staff to open the door for you, no one on the intercom to answer you at the main entrance! No contact details provided either in the event of a visit to a family member on Sunday! You have to go around to the service entrance where a telephone number is indicated on the glass door of a private entrance which is located right next to it. My disabled mother and I waited a total of almost 20 minutes outside and standing before someone came to open the door. Inside, no staff members in the corridors as if the residents were left to their own devices!! A shame!! This is not worth the 3000 euros per month I saw residents grouped in a circle in the reception area alone without staff and in an unsuitable place! A definite lack of staff for their well-being and safety.
There's a lot of kindness and goodwill in this nursing home. The caregivers are dedicated, even though it's a very difficult job. The management team is very attentive.
