Very disappointed. My forever client from home he went there for.just one week. He's a fall risk and he went to ER 6 times in one week. Wife found him in the floor unattended in feces. . Very sad for the family and he's back home thank God .Nobody from this place cares specially the staff. Bad bad experience for the family . 14,000 dollars was taken from wife's account in one week he was there. Is.very sad.

I’ve recently had the experience of taking a tour here with Nancy for my grandmother. The place is beautiful and Nancy was very informative during the tour, and was so nice. Every staff member I met was so kind to us. I was pleasantly surprised at how beautifully decorated everything is there; it definitely stood out amongst other places we’ve toured. It even has its own salon! My grandmother cannot wait until she gets her hair done.
Harbor chase is a facility I would recommend for family members or yourself. The new director Ashley is caring and make sure you and your family member feels comfortable, she makes you feel like a family member. She is lovely and very responsive to families needs. I went to an event recently and was very impressed how clean the facility was, how friendly everyone was, the food was good and how organized the event ran.
Last night I had the extreme pleasure of attending the April Cocktail Party at Harbor Chase Assisted Living and enjoy a “taste” of this fabulous facility. From hors d’oeuvres to dessert to entertainment it was a perfect evening. Most of all, the entire staff is to be commended for their welcoming attitudes, their knowledge of the facility and their positive outlook! It was a job well done and I’ll be sure to tell my friends about this wonderful, beautiful facility.
Placed my mother in Memory Care wing (The Cove) last June. All was great in the beginning. Tracy (Sales person who was full of enthusiasm) and Lee (New director) were then gone and all fell apart. The best staff person is the head nurse Diana. Can't say enough about how great she is. Very dedicated and caring but she is over used and it is not fair how much falls on her shoulders. But she is lovely and very responsive to families. Absolutely no activities happening in the Cove and all they did was place residents in front of the tv. More often then not there weren't any aids watching the residents in the tv area. There was a "director" in the Cove but no activities person so nothing was happening to stimulate residents. Often dined with our mother in Assisted Living side (which they highly advertise as a bonus) only to be met by sullen staff and very poor service. Can't fault the staff though as not enough of them. The food is not great though the chef tries, but is limited in what he can provide. The Chef though is a terrific guy. They had an interim director for awhile after Lee left, she could have cared less. They have a new one now and a new Cove director but both are very lacking in their responses to any issues we had. We moved our mother out last week as we just couldn't continue having her in a place that has nothing going on and a staff that does not seem to care.
