Oh my goodness! What can I say about Christopher Heights? I am so grateful for this facility and staff. They are wonderful. My parents moved in when they first opened and this incredible staff took amazing care of them during Covid and all of its troubles. The activities, food, opportunities and genuine care they have were a huge blessing during their entire stay. My sisters and I will miss the staff and their professional loving assistance over the last few years. Thank you so much for all that you do!
After having looked at a number of asissted living centers, my parents became residents of Christopher Heights when it first opened. The facilities are so welcoming and well kept. There are so many activities for residents at every level. My mother always raved about the meals. And we can't say enough about all the staff and care teams. They are the kindest, most thoughtful and helpful people we've known. They truly care about every resident, know them and their likes, and wants and needs. It feels like a big family. We have been so happy with the care my parents have had all these years. Lorna Stone has been such a partner and excellent communicator with our family all these years. Thank you for everything you've done for our parents!
My Dad and I visited many facilities in the area before he chose Christopher Heights. He has said multiple times it was the perfect choice for him. It offers the best of both worlds, allowing him to be as independent as possible while offering him the security of knowing help is just a call away. He equates it to living in a four-star hotel with some of the nicest people. The staff made the transition as easy. He is living his best life with people who share similar life experiences, enjoying a wide variety of activities including weekly excursions to local sites and events. Finally, I cannot say enough about the staff, they are outstanding! My Dad is surrounded by some of the best companions who are patient and genuinely care about the residents. He definitely made the right choice with Christopher Heights.
Our Dad CHOSE to move to assisted living, He wanted to maintain autonomy. He and my sister visited several facilities. There are some truly showstopping places out there. Why did he choose Christopher Heights? The people!!!! The staff and the residents have an air of conviviality that turned out to ring true to the spirit of the community. Our father settled in and made friends. The kind of friendships where roots are planted. So many wonderful people, staff and residents alike. The place is always spic and span, great events and ROAD TRIPS to enjoy. If I were to talk about the chef and how fantastic the food was I wouldn't be able to also mention the fantastic summer bbq events that the entertainment director hosts on Wednesdays. I would like to mention outstanding staff by name but there are too many.
