I have been living in this great village for 11 years already. I love living here, they treat us so nice and haven’t had any problems whatsoever. If you have any problems with your apartment, they fix it immediately. The manager and the service man are nice persons. I love this place!!! Anibal Garcia.

I have loved living at CTSV for several years. It’s safe, convenient and beautiful. It’s all one level, accessible, well managed and well maintained. I can truly say, “If you can’t be happy here, you can’t be happy anywhere.”
I don’t live at this place. My son saw an available 1 bedroom a week ago and was just raving how nice this place looked and he felt since it was gated it would be safer to live. Well today i went down to the office at Chisholm Trail, walked in the the building that had Club House on it and saw 2 ladies in an office talking. I asked where the office was and they said right here. So i preceded to ask about the apartment my son saw listed and i as well saw it listed. She smartly said while shaking her head there were no apartments available and said her waiting list was closed!! No professionalism and no way to talk to the elderly!! There were no reviews to read. I will never live in Chisholm trail Village in Belton or refer anyone as long as that person, wished i had gotten their names for i was pretty shocked at their behavior, works there. Unhappy
This place is so nice! You must check it out if you are a senior & looking for a place! It is a little gated community right behind UMHB! Everyone is so friendly! The manager & maintenance are on top of everything that needs to be done! LOVE THIS PLACE!!
I absolutely LOVE at his place! It’s so cozy & safe! And it has locked gates up front for extra security! The management is awesome!
