The Environmental Services Department is excellent. ( Housekeeping) They pay close attention to detail when cleaning the Facility and the Residents place of living. They have the uttermost respect for the Residents and fellow employees. Chestnut Ridge Wallingford is well maintained and clean.

Daena, Tommie, Tanissa, Kierah, & the entire team here at Chestnut Ridge are wonderful and resident driven. The community is clean and residents are well cared for. I am always greeted with a smile from everyone I encounter, resident or team member. The team in place here now at the community is focused on providing a safe, inclusive, & warm environment. I cannot recommend this community enough!
The first day I walked into chestnut Ridge Wallingford I was very nervous but Tommie jermir made me feel so comfortable to ask questions so now everyday I come and he is at the front desk I know he will help me with anything I need and make me feel comfortable even my clients speak very well about Tommie jermir . So please hire more people who have that same spirit
Jermir the receptionist, Is a gem, As I entered the facility. Jermir welcomed me with his gracious smile !! The world needs more people like jermir it would be a better place..
I don't usually write reviews but I feel Chestnut Ridge deserves the recognition. My mother in law has lived there for the past two years and has just moved to the memory care unit. From day one, all employees have been so helpful and kind and genuinely care for the residents. The administrative staff is stellar, always accommodating and providing updates on your loved ones' progress. We are very grateful to Chestnut Ridge and feel they are just as good, if not better, than the larger, more pricey assisted living facilities. Thank you Andrea and team!!!!!
