My fiancés grandmother used CK at Home when she resided in independent living. They stopped each morning and each evening to make sure she took her medications, supervised her taking her insulin, and helped her get dressed or undressed. She expressed that everyone was always so nice and helpful. We had peace of mind knowing there was someone checking in on her twice per day. If there ever was a concern, we received a phone call to alert us. Thankful to have had these services when we needed them.
An honest review. We have been using Chestnut Knoll for two years with mixed reviews . For the most part it gets a two star review. You have a lot of new faces that come to your door. Young people who only last a few weeks. We have a regular that should no longer be working. We come home to find her constantly asleep. We fear in complaining because we don’t know what we are going to get. People the arrive for the most part are not trained!! Home care is a very very lucrative business and it’s apparent in the people you get for the money paid. Very expensive!!!!!!! Chestnut Knoll is no different than most other home cares out there. Stricter standards need to be put in place on a state and federal level. Good luck!!!!
I was always pleased with the professional ,caring and attentive staff from Chestnut Knoll at Home. Very easy to work with and always accessible and ready to help. Available one hour at a time and flexible with scheduling. I thank them for thier services.
Chestnut Knoll @ Home cared for my mom for almost one year helping with her daily needs. All the caregivers have been wonderful with my mom and very patient. Anytime we needed something or had a concern I simply had to call the office and things were taken care of. Our family is very thankful for the services they provide.
