I’ve had the opportunity to visit Chestnut Hill Lodge several times to check on a loved one, and I was very impressed with the facility. The building is clean, bright, and well-kept, creating a pleasant environment. The staff members I’ve interacted with are professional and seem genuinely caring toward the residents. The activities program is particularly notable. There’s always something going on, whether it's group exercises, arts and crafts, or social events. I’ve seen residents engaging with one another and the staff, which indicates a focus on maintaining quality of life.

I Currently Work Here Going On About 3 Years & I Love It, Our Facility Is One Big Family. In My Years this place shown a lot of integrity and keeping all residents and staff safe and In Great Spirits. The Staff here are very knowledgeable, reliable and all believe in the best care for our residents. I highly recommend Chestnut Hill Lodge Health And Rehab For All Future Employees and Future Family (Residents). 5/5
Chestnut Hill Lodge is an amazing facility. The staff is caring and knowledgeable, and the facility is warm and welcoming. They clearly put the needs of their residents first, and it shows in everything they do. I've been impressed by the level of care and compassion provided, and I would definitely choose Chestnut Hill Lodge for a loved one.
Chestnut Hill Lodge is a wonderful facility filled with some amazing staff members. They truly treat everyone as if they were their own family and that is hard to find. From the front desk to admissions, housekeeping, dietary and all the wonderful nurses you can’t go wrong with choosing them for your loved one. Highly recommend
I wish I could give this place a 0!!! It was a truly heartbreaking experience for my beloved grandmother. The staff was rude, the environment was not clean, and the food was simply disgusting. They were actually feeding my loved one items that were on her dietary restriction list, despite my reminders and the clear signage about her needs. The nurse practitioner was the worst of all! Like the grim reaper, she was suggesting hospice and procedures that my grandmother's doctor was firmly against. It didn’t even last a week, despite my daily visits. After we left and returned to the hospital, several nurses and other staff expressed their relief and gratitude that I had removed my grandmother from that dreadful place. They shared how often they hear about terrible experiences like ours. I just wish they had been honest with me from the start so my grandmother never had to endure this nightmare.
