11701 Chester Village Dr, Chester, VA 23831, United States
Chester village Senior apartments are very nice apartments. They are based on your income. They are one and two bedroom apartments. They have a gym, a library, a breakfast room, and much more. This is a secured facility. The employees are very friendly and helpful. It doesn't take very long to get an apartment. I highly recommend Chester village Senior living apartments.

Fantastic location Superior Office Staff Cordial Residents Lovely apartments Within walking distance of many places Lovely pond Beautifully decorated halls and entrance Opportunities for fellowship and greeting fellow residents in Central Hall Great fitness center Maintenance needs a positive boost
Beautiful apartments are quiet and there is a farmers market out front every weekend my aunt lives here and she loves it during the holidays everyone decorated the halls with there own little flair it was pretty cool
My mother-in-law has lived here for over 2 years and we couldn't have asked for a nicer apartment complex for her. The building is always clean and bright and nicely decorated. There are so many activities to take part in for those interested, but because you have your own (full-size) apartment, you can live as privately or as socially as you like. Very safe and a friendly, helpful staff. I highly recommend this community.
HORRIBLE! Definitely does NOT deserve a 4.2 rating overall. I've lived here for over a year and moved from The Park at Village Green as the management was incompetent when it came to managing the residents and their marijuana usage as well as several noise complaints. I then transferred apartments to Festival Park III since it was a newer building with less units thinking this would be better, however the incompetent management staff cheated me out of almost $100 from transferring and put on my paperwork I still lived in a empty/vacant apartment (that I had turned in keys for) 2 days longer than I actually did. It recently was 80 degrees and I went to turn on my AC in my BRAND NEW apartment only for it to NOT work. (How is that even possible?) When I put in the emergency maintenance request at 9:30 AM that morning I didn't have Maintenance show up until 2:00 PM (which by that time it was already 84 degrees in my apartment mind you I had to work from home due to COVID) the Maintenance man then just walked in looked at it and walked out while saying he'd have to call the Warranty Company, he can't touch it. It wasn't until 4:00 PM when the warranty guy showed up (it's 94 degrees in my apartment by that time) and he was in utter shock my apartment was so hot and Maintenance didn't attempt to do anything. After a hour of working on it he said Maintenance needed to change my filter ASAP as that was part of the problem and they should be changing it every 30 days and he would call him and tell him to get over there right away to do so. Maintenance never showed up that day or even Monday morning. It took me calling TWICE (9:30 AM & 1:00 PM) on Monday to get someone back to my apartment, which he then arrived at 1:30 PM. Stephanie in the office is THE most unprofessional and lacks basic customer service skills (she doesn't listen, she talks over you, lacks empathy & makes excuses instead of accountability). Emily is about the best staff member they have in the leasing office. I would NOT recommend Chester Village Green, The Park or Festival Park to anyone near and dear to me. I CAN NOT wait until my lease is over. They are in dire NEED of new management or just a more qualified staff.
